We stand behind the products we manufacture and guarantee that any product we provide to you is new, unopened and in original packaging.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
To potentially receive a refund or to return products, please contact our customer support team at info@wildbynaturecbd.com. For all products over 30 days, sales are considered final. Products must be returned prior to receiving a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different product, please return the original product for a full refund and place a new order.
BROKEN, DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS:
If you received your order damaged, please contact info@wildbynaturecbd.com with your order# within 3 Days of receiving your order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and our team will work with you to get the issue resolved.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Shipping Options: All Good Forest orders will ship via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Good Forest orders will not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Tracking – Your Good Forest shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order ships. The order will contain your USPS tracking number which will be active for tracking 24 to 48 hours after shipping label creation.
- Packaging- Corrugated boxes, inner packing material to secure contents of the parcel.
LOST SHIPMENTS:
Please confirm the accuracy of your shipping address before you submit your order. Incorrect or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments. Good Forest cannot be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or partial addresses.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS:
By accessing and using the Services, you consent to and agree to be bound by these Terms. If we decide to change these Terms or some part of them, we will make an effort to post those changes on this web page so that you will always be able to understand and agree to the terms and conditions governing your use of the Services. For all out of country shipments and orders the recipient is responsible for any customs, import duties and legal compliance.
